Frustrated by AI videos always looking sluggish? Or are you looking for that perfect cinematic slow-motion? The Motion Speed Slider is a Concept Slider LoRA custom-built for MiniMax H3. It grants you absolute control over character action speed and spatial movement in your generations! No need for complex prompt engineering. By simply adjusting the LoRA weight, you can seamlessly switch between "hyper-speed dashes" and "bullet time," making it perfectly suited for high-dynamic scenes like combat, dancing, and dynamic camera tracking. 🆕 What's New in V1.1 Reduced Composition Interference: Minimized the LoRA's impact on the overall framing and composition of the generated video. Reference Video Generation Support: Added examples demonstrating how to use this LoRA with reference-based video generation workflows. ⚙️ How to Use (V1.1 Version) V1.1 has been optimized with a new parameter scaling system. Recommended Settings: Min Strength -8, Max Strength 8, and Default Strength 4. Behavior: Note that keeping the strength below 4 will largely maintain the original video content (as if no LoRA is applied), while a strength above 4 may introduce significant changes to the output. ⚙️ How to Use (V1 Version) V1 operates purely as a standard positive/negative slider. It requires NO trigger words. ⏩ To Accelerate (Positive Weight): Recommended Weight: +0.5 to +4.0 Effect: Significantly speeds up character actions and spatial movement. Best For: Intense martial arts combat, high-speed running, fast camera panning, and explosive action sequences. ⏪ To Decelerate (Negative Weight): Recommended Weight: -0.5 to -4.0 Effect: Slows down the action, delivering a smooth, slow-motion texture. Best For: Cinematic slow-motion, bullet time, elegant dance delays, and emotional close-up shots.

7,000°
Floor
The scale runs from 0° to 9,999°. Everything below 7,000° is kept for models no source reports on yet, which carry a stand-in number there so lists stay complete. 7,000° is where measured data begins: a model with real data but almost no downloads sits at the floor, and the measurements fill the degrees above it. The floor says nothing about the model; only the degrees above it do, and they are what separates one model from another.
+940°
Civitai downloads
1,357 downloads of this exact version on Civitai. Downloads are the heaviest ingredient and are counted on a log scale: ten times the downloads adds the same 300°, so a model with a million downloads is not a thousand times hotter than one with a thousand. The six download sources share that one term, split between them in proportion to their counts.
+296°
Likes
93 likes and thumbs up across the sources. A like weighs half a download, on the same log scale.
+100°
Family boost
+100° because this is a LoRA of a family this site is nudging forward right now. It is a bounded nudge inside the score and is listed here openly; it can never hide a model or outweigh a thousandfold difference in downloads.
Show detailed breakdown
Every number on this site can be checked. This model's heat score is 8,336°, and here it is built one ingredient at a time, with the running total after each: the floor, the degrees each source adds, the bonus for the kind of model and what the age of its weights takes away. The colors are the bands of the chart above. The glossary at the end defines every term.
  1. 1
    Start at the floor.
Why 7,000° and not zero: the scale runs from 0° to 9,999°, and the part below 7,000° is reserved for models no source reports on yet, which carry a stand-in number there so the lists stay complete and never outrank a model with data. 7,000° is where measured data begins. A model with real data but almost no downloads sits here; everything that follows is measurement, and the room above the floor holds ten tenfold steps in downloads at 300° each. The floor is the same for every model, so it decides nothing; the degrees above it do.

Glossary: the terms used here
Heat score
One number for how much a model is used and wanted right now, from 0° to 9,999°. Every list on this site that says hottest is sorted by it and nothing else.
Floor
The 7,000° every model with real data starts from. The scale runs from 0° to 9,999°; the part below the floor is reserved for stand-ins (models without data), so that a model with data always ranks above one without. The floor is the same for everyone and decides nothing; the degrees above it are the measurement.
Download-equivalents
Everything the score treats as a download, added up: downloads themselves, each torrent seeder as 1,000, each AI Horde image and each run on a generation site as one.
Log scale
Counting by tens, not by ones: going from 1,000 to 10,000 downloads adds the same degrees as going from 10,000 to 100,000. It keeps giants from crowding out everything else.
Likes
Thumbs up and likes from every source, worth half a download each on the log scale.
Adoption rate
How many downloads a day a model gets right now, from the difference between two readings of a source. A quarter of the weight of the download term.
Measured and estimated
Measured means two readings of a source exist and the difference is real. Estimated means only today's total is known and the past is spread over the model's life; the site says which one it is showing.
Seeder
Someone who keeps a copy of the weights online for others to download over a torrent, or a hosted mirror doing the same. Each one counts as 1,000 downloads.
AI Horde
A volunteer network that generates images for free on donated computers. The number of images it has made with a model is public, and each counts as one download.
Generation sites
Sites that host their own copies of a model and let people generate with it, such as PixAI, SeaArt and Yodayo. Their downloads count like Civitai's and each generation run as one download.
OpenRouter tokens
A text model served through an API, such as Claude or GPT, has no weights to download, so its usage is measured in tokens: the pieces of text it read and wrote through OpenRouter, a gateway many apps use, over the last 30 days. Every 10,000,000 tokens count as one download. Source: OpenRouter (openrouter.ai/rankings), CC BY 4.0.
Full model (checkpoint)
The weights themselves, the file that generates on its own. It gets a bonus because add-ons depend on it.
LoRA and embedding
Small add-on files that steer someone else's weights toward a style, a character or a concept. They cannot run alone.
Family and weights
The base a model is built on, such as SD 1.5, SDXL, Flux or Wan. Every model inherits the release date of its family's weights.
Age
Degrees taken off for how long ago the family's weights came out: 150° a year, up to 750°. It keeps old downloads that had years to pile up from freezing the top of the list.
Family boost
A small, bounded nudge for LoRAs of a family this site is pushing forward right now, always listed in the breakdown.
Stand-in score
A stable number below the floor given to a model no source reports on yet, so lists stay complete. It never ranks above a model with data.
New! (grace period)
A model less than 7 days old shows New! instead of a score and holds no place in the rankings. Its score is computed from day one, but a model one day old grows faster than anything, so without the wait the week's #1 would always be whatever came out yesterday rather than what held up for a week.
Trend
How a model's growth over a period compares with the typical model's growth over the same period. Faster than typical reads as a rise, slower as a fall.
Typical model
The middle of the catalog: half the models with a figure grew faster over the period, half slower.
How this model's popularity has moved against the rest of the catalog: its growth in downloads, likes and usage over each period, measured against the typical model's growth over the same period, with its heat score at the time. Above the typical growth reads as a rise, below it as a fall. The past is reconstructed from today's totals, the model's first day and its measured download speed where two readings exist; a model that did not exist at the start of a period shows n/a.

subject_definitions: <Subject 1> is a realistic, anthropomorphic bipedal turtle. <Subject 2> are multiple realistic, anthropomorphic bipedal rabbits running upright on two legs, including Bugs Bunny as the ultimate leader in 1st place. <Subject 3> is a realistic sloth and a tiny realistic snail in the stadium audience. summary: A multi-shot sequence in a photorealistic live-action cinematic style. Shot 1 is a rear-tracking shot of the lagging bipedal turtle running behind the rabbit pack. Shot 2 introduces a slight slow-motion effect where the turtle pulls out the "Speed Lora" potion, clearly displaying the label, pours it over its head, shouts "Let's fucking goooo!", and unleashes a grounded bipedal sprint. Shot 3 is a rear-tracking shot as it charges forward, clearing earlier rabbits. Shot 4 is a frontal view from behind the finish line where it tackles Bugs Bunny and wins. Shot 5 and 6 show the emotional audience and the sloth's close-up dialogue. detailed_description: Photorealistic live-action cinematic style, ultra-detailed textures, realistic lighting, film grain, 8k resolution. [Shot 1] A dynamic rear-tracking shot on an athletic stadium track. All characters run strictly upright on two legs. The bipedal turtle is initially lagging behind the pack of sprinting bipedal rabbits. [At 00:02.500] [Shot 2] The action shifts into a brief, stylish slow-motion effect. The bipedal turtle reaches back into its shell and pulls out a potion bottle. The camera focuses sharply on the bottle, making the clear label reading "Speed Lora" highly visible. The turtle uncorks it, aggressively splashes the glowing liquid over its head, and shouts passionately, "Let's fucking goooo!" Instantly returning to full speed, it breaks into a hyper-fast, heavily grounded bipedal sprint. [At 00:05.000] [Shot 3] The camera shifts to a tracking view directly from behind the super-charged bipedal turtle, capturing its powerful, grounded two-legged running motion as it charges hard down the track, systematically clearing the initial rabbits. [At 00:07.500] [Shot 4] Cut to a fixed camera position behind the finish line, facing forward toward the oncoming runners. The super-charged turtle and Bugs Bunny sprint directly toward the camera. Right before crossing, the turtle delivers a brutal shoulder-tackle that knocks Bugs Bunny spinning completely off the track, and bursts triumphantly across the finish line in 1st place. [At 00:09.000] [Shot 5] Quick cut to the packed stadium stands. A realistic sloth and a tiny snail stand out in the crowd, their eyes welling up with heavy, emotional tears as they watch the historic victory. [At 00:10.500] [Shot 6] Cut to an intimate close-up of the realistic sloth and snail. The sloth holds a handkerchief, wiping a tear with a deeply touched expression, and speaks with a soulful urban accent: "<sniff> That's my bro, <sniff>" The tiny snail beside it bobs up and down, cheering enthusiastically. overall_soundscape: The roaring sound of stadium crowds, heavy grounded sprinting footsteps, a distinct slow-motion audio filter during the potion reveal, a splashing liquid sound, an aggressive shouted voice yelling "Let's fucking goooo!", returning to normal speed with rapid sprinting and impact crash sounds as rabbits are cleared, shifting to the final finish line crash, audience cheering, and the sloth's soulful dialogue. non_diegetic_music: N/A

subject_definitions: <Picture 1> is the first frame of [Shot 1], a static top-down view of a green-felt pool table in a dim wooden-floored bar, with the shooter leaning in from the upper-left edge. <Subject 1> is the young woman in <Picture 1>, drawn in a polished anime illustration style, with long, wavy violet hair, a loose purple jacket slipping off her shoulders over a white lace top, leaning over the upper-left rail of the table and aiming her wooden cue diagonally toward the lower right. <Subject 2> is the white cue ball resting near the center of the table, just beyond the tip of <Subject 1>'s cue. <Subject 3> is the purple-striped ball (the 12 ball) on the right side of the table, positioned in line between <Subject 2> and the lower-right corner pocket. summary: [keyframe completion] Starting from <Picture 1>, a locked overhead camera watches <Subject 1> settle her aim, take two slow practice strokes, and fire a crisp stop shot. <Subject 2> drives into <Subject 3> and dies on the spot, while <Subject 3> rolls smoothly into the lower-right corner pocket. <Subject 1> then relaxes and straightens up with a small, satisfied smile. retention_analysis: <Picture 1> ([Shot 1] first frame): fully_preserved - the overhead composition, table layout, ball positions, and warm bar lighting are kept as the opening frame. <Subject 1> (appears in [Shot 1]): fully_preserved - her violet hair, purple jacket, white lace top, anime rendering style, and diagonal aiming pose are retained. <Subject 2> (appears in [Shot 1]): fully_preserved - the white cue ball keeps its starting position and look before it is struck. <Subject 3> (appears in [Shot 1]): fully_preserved - the purple-striped 12 ball keeps its stripe pattern and its starting position on the right side of the table. detailed_description: The target video is a polished anime-style animation with warm, moody bar lighting from brass pendant lamps. The camera stays locked directly overhead for the entire video, but the scene stays alive with subtle movement in her hair, fabric, and lighting. [Shot 1] The shot begins from <Picture 1>. Warm amber light from the brass pendant lamps pools over the green felt, leaving the dark wooden floorboards and the empty bar chairs at the edges of the frame in soft shadow. <Subject 1>, the violet-haired young woman in the loose purple jacket and white lace top, leans over the upper-left rail. Her bridge hand rests steady on the felt and her cue points diagonally toward <Subject 2>, the white cue ball near the center of the table. A few strands of her long wavy hair drift over the rail, and her shoulders rise and fall with a slow breath. Her eyes shift once toward <Subject 3>, the purple-striped 12 ball on the right, then return to the cue ball. She draws the cue back and slides it forward in two slow, smooth practice strokes, the tip stopping just short of the ball each time. She pauses for a beat and goes completely still. Then her right arm snaps through in one short, sharp stroke, and the cue tip strikes the center of <Subject 2> with a crisp clack. The cue ball shoots across the felt toward the lower right in a clean straight line, its glossy surface briefly catching a highlight from the lamps. It hits <Subject 3> dead center with a sharp, bright crack. The cue ball stops dead at the point of impact, giving only a tiny spin in place before settling. <Subject 3> takes all the momentum and rolls on toward the lower-right corner pocket, its purple stripe tumbling visibly as it travels. The 12 ball slows slightly near the pocket, wobbles at the lip for a split second, then drops in with a hollow thunk and a rattle down the rails. The other balls on the table never move. <Subject 1> lets out a breath, her shoulders loosening, and pushes up slightly from the rail. Her loose jacket slides further off one shoulder, and she flicks a strand of violet hair away from her face with a small, satisfied smile as the scene settles. overall_soundscape: A quiet, low bar ambience with a faint electrical hum from the pendant lamps continues throughout. Over it come the soft scrape of the cue sliding over her bridge hand, a crisp clack when the cue strikes the white ball, a sharp crack at the ball-to-ball impact, and a hollow thunk followed by a rolling rattle as the 12 ball drops into the pocket. non_diegetic_music: N/A
